Six Moments to Set the Tone for ‘26

01 | Industry Recognition Across Three Studios

Stepping into the new year, we’ve been reflecting on a handful of moments from 2025 that defined our growth and evolution. Chosen from a year full of accomplishments across all of our Interior Design studios and teams, each of these milestones represents how we continue to push the boundaries in our design, collaboration, and support of our partners, providing valuable insights as we continue to elevate our standards in 2026.

In 2025, our work was recognized with 15 industry awards across MAME, NAHB Nationals, BALA, and Gold Nuggets, spanning all three KTI studios.

The insight: These awards aren’t about recognition for its own sake. They’re validation that the care, rigor, and detail behind the scenes truly matter and that design done thoughtfully has the power to move people. They reflect the strength of our local and national design community that challenges us to think bigger and do better.

02 | Taking Hospitality Global

We kicked off a hospitality project in Georgetown, Guyana, South America, marking our return to international interior design work and our first such project in years.

The insight: Our expertise has proven to translate across borders. Even with advanced logistical and cultural considerations, we continue to lean into projects that require strategic thinking, adaptability, and trust at scale.

03 | “Puttin’ on the Ritz” Reaches Completion

Large modern mansion with extensive windows and balconies, illuminated at dusk, situated on a well-manicured lawn with trees in the background.

Five years in the making, this project became a true blend of hospitality and residential design, a home designed to function both as a family residence and a community gathering space.

The insight: Great interior design is adaptable. When spaces are personal yet timeless, functional yet beautiful, they can evolve alongside the people who inhabit them. This project reaffirmed the value of deep collaboration and long-term vision.

04 | Cross-Studio Collaboration at Its Best

Our Interior Merchandising and Luxury Residential teams worked in tandem on several key model home projects, merging multiple perspectives into a stronger shared vision.

The insight: We’re strongest when we collaborate across disciplines. Sharing expertise elevates the work and leads to more cohesive, thoughtful environments for our partners and their clients.

05 | Studio-Wide Support and Expanded Warehouse Services

A person walks down an aisle between tall shelves filled with cardboard boxes in a warehouse.

In 2025, our warehouse team played a central role in supporting each of our three studios, working closely with procurement and interior design studios to receive, coordinate, and install furnishings across a wide range of projects.

This year also marked the launch of our warehouse services for select third-party partners. Learn more and get in touch here.

The insight: Exceptional design requires equally thoughtful execution. By integrating warehouse operations into our design and procurement process, we’re able to protect quality, streamline logistics, and deliver a more seamless experience from start to finish. Opening these services to select external partners is a natural extension of this approach, allowing us to bring the same level of care and coordination beyond our own studios.

06 | Growing with New and Longstanding Partners

This year brought new partnerships alongside continued collaboration with long-time clients, reps, builders, and vendors.

The insight: You’re only as strong as the people you work with. Our partners motivate us, challenge us, and help push the work forward. Collaboration remains at the heart of everything we do.

These moments continue to shape how we approach the work ahead. As we dive into 2026, we’re excited to deepen existing partnerships and begin new ones with teams who value thoughtful design, collaboration, and long-term impact.
