We are so excited to celebrate 25 years of design excellence this year. When Kimberly started KTI in 1997, she didn’t imagine it would grow to be the award-winning, trusted, and successful firm it is today. Over the last two and a half decades, KTI has completed hundreds of projects across our hospitality, interior merchandising, and luxury residential studios – from Colorado to the U.S. and abroad.
Kimberly’s philosophy since the beginning was to do great design — creative, cutting-edge, inspired design — and to do it with excellent service. Today, this still rings true to KTI’s core values. Our clients’ happiness is how we measure our success, and we are honored to have a long list of loyal clients that have all become part of our history.
The firm has grown to over 20 employees, received over one hundred local and national awards, and has been recognized as a Top 100 Woman-Owned business and Top 200 Private Company for five consecutive years. Our designers have been featured in both local and national design publications and most recently, Nikki Holt (Residential Studio Design Director) was named one of Colorado Homes & Lifestyle’s 5 Under 40.
Last year, we unveiled our newly refreshed branding, logo and website that encompasses the KTI that we are today. Soon, we will be moving to a beautiful new office space to accommodate our growing team and give our designers a space that fosters creativity.
Looking ahead, we find ourselves at a turning point. We are continuing to elevate the breadth and scope of each project, allowing KTI to reach new heights. We will be completing several large-scale projects and have many more exciting projects in the works. Stay tuned to see these projects come to life!
