Designed as both a grand architectural statement and a warm, functional family home, every detail was intentionally curated.
From the monumental entry doors to the expansive windows that frame resort-style backyard views, the home balances drama with livability. Pops of gold hardware elevate the design, while oversized statement lighting creates sculptural focal points throughout the home.

Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home for a 55+ Buyer
As the #1 selling patio home in its community, The Elbert demonstrates how merchandising can directly influence buyer connection and success.
Inspired by natural views pouring into the space, the great room balances sophistication and solace with plush cream sofas, organic textures, and a sleek fireplace framed in black paneling and wood. Twelve-foot ceilings and expansive windows amplify light and openness.
Warm wood cabinetry, black pendants, and a steel range hood anchor the kitchen, while the primary suite features a striking wood-inlay wallcovering that commands attention. Downstairs, a wet bar, billiards area, and media lounge transform the lower level into an entertainment hub.

This award-winning kitchen is a masterclass in balance: refined yet functional, elevated yet welcoming.
A dramatic waterfall island in veined marble grounds the space as both showpiece and gathering hub. Yorktowne cabinetry in Irish Crème and Earl Grey, paired with satin bronze hardware and a professional-grade Wolf appliance package, unites performance with elegance. Matte black plumbing fixtures and sculptural globe pendants provide contemporary contrast.
A semi-private prep kitchen, dual refrigeration, custom walk-in pantry, and a catering alcove behind glass-and-metal barn doors expand the home’s entertaining capacity while maintaining clean sightlines.
Behind the scenes, an innovative structural collaboration allowed kitchen venting to run horizontally through adjusted floor trusses rather than lowering pantry ceilings.
