Summer always comes and goes too quickly, but we’re determined to keep the warm vibes going for just a bit longer. At KTI, we’ve designed more outdoor spaces that we can count, but only ten can make the list for where we’d spend our final days of summer. From luxury backyards to clubhouse pools, you can’t go wrong!

OPPOSITES ATTRACT

This state of the art pool with a mountain view isn’t a resort—it’s a backyard! Our Luxury Residential studio tricked out the Opposites Attract pool with a contemporary pool cabana, fire place, concrete diving platform and premium pool loungers.

LAKE LAS VEGAS

The clubhouse at Lake Las Vegas boasts an incredible view of the desert landscape, the best view being from this linear stone fire pit for conversation. Residents of the master planned community also enjoy abundant amenities including a lake, pickleball, dining, golf and more.

Nestled in the vineyards of Napa Valley, this stunning residential home has a zero-entry pool overlooking the California hills and their own personal vineyard. Complete with a tiki bar, luxury loungers and gorgeous foliage, we could hang out at the Vineyard Views pool any day.

PARKVIEW AT SHORELINE | ZION

This Woodside Homes model at Parkview at Shoreline comes with a premium indoor/outdoor living space. A covered patio holds a dining space for six, and the modern, slatted pergola frames a fire pit and unique seating. Built-in flower beds anchor the pergola and provide a picturesque backyard experience.

The saguaro center

The game lawn at The Saguaro Center is a summer night’s dream — a turf lawn for corn hole with unique string lights above, seating around the perimeter and close proximity to other lounge space, fire pits, and the clubhouse itself. As part of a master-planned community, there’s no doubt the lawn is packed all summer long.

The Brass Boot is a luxury activity barn, created for a family that loves to host at their mountain property. Upstairs is a 3-bedroom suite with an oversized balcony, overlooking the large courtyard and gazebo. The mountain views are breathtaking from up here, and with a comfortable lounge to relax, summer days would be well-spent here.

Lyric at Ridgegate | lola

Part of the Shea Homes Lyric at RidgeGate models, the Lola model embraces indoor/outdoor living with a covered balcony just off the main living and kitchen area. A welcome retreat, the views of the plains and open-air windows create a relaxing environment that homeowners enjoy all summer.

The Shea Homes Canyons community boasts a beautiful clubhouse and resort-style pool for its residents. The Pool House is a large, dark structure that provides a welcome retreat from the sun on summer’s hottest days. Take a snack break after swimming or host an event within the pool house, or bask in the sun in one of the many loungers along the pool.
