Kimberly is the founder & creative director of KTI and brings over two decades of interior design expertise to the hospitality, interior merchandising and luxury residential industries across the country. As an inductee of the Colorado Institute of Art’s Hall of Fame, she is relentlessly studying current design trends while creating innovative solutions. Her passion for artistic excellence shines through in all she does, and the success of KTI stems from the high value she places on honest communication and the continual nourishment of creativity. Her resourceful leadership and solid commitment to her clients has helped Kimberly develop relationships with the nation’s premier builders, hospitality developers and architects. Under her expert guidance, KTI’s projects open again and again to rave reviews, and her nationally acclaimed work has been widely published and honored with over 100 local and national design awards.
MARLA-RAE LEWANDOSKI
Hospitality | Studio Design Director
With 16 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, Marla-Rae has established a vast expertise in hotel design facilitation and execution for select, full service, and luxury brand properties. With a meticulous eye for detail and precision, Marla-Rae seeks a level of excellence in the work she produces, and is passionate about creating thoughtful, sophisticated spaces that inspire and delight. Marla-Rae finds creativity and inspiration in high fashion and translates this influence into her work. She leads the KTI Hospitality team with a collaborative spirit and passion for what she does.
SAVANNAH SCHAFER
Interior Merchandising | Studio Design Director
Savannah has been part of the KTI Interior Merchandising team for 15 years after earning her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Interior Design. As Studio Design Director for Interior Merchandising of model homes, her passion for design drives her desire to create fresh, creative, and memorable touchpoints. She enjoys working with builders alongside her talented design team to create beautiful homes that enhance and compliment the interior architecture in each community. She strives to continue establishing relationships with repeat clients, and bridge the gap between new clients and current design. While leading the team to National awards she continues to research and study design throughout the everchanging home building industry.
NIKKI HOLT
Luxury Residential | Studio Design Director
Nikki’s biggest passion is working in residential design. She feels honored to be invited into her clients’ homes where she works to bring their clients’ personal design visions to life. Nikki has experience working with different home builders and private owners across Colorado, giving her a vast amount of connections in the industry. Nikki leads the 3-person residential team and is proud to create beautiful homes for her clients that will leave a lasting impression.
MATT KNEBEL
Controller
Matt brings a new level of business analysis to KTI with his extensive accounting experience in the retail, distribution and manufacturing industries. Matt’s expertise in these areas make him KTI’s go-to resource from procurement to payroll and everything in between. When Matt isn’t being a spreadsheet nerd, he enjoys fly fishing and being in the outdoors.

Director of Warehouse Operations and Logistics
Since joining the hospitality industry, Andy has developed a passion for helping designers and property owners complete their vision. With over 10 years of experience as a procurement professional, he takes pride in managing projects in a way that makes them beautiful while still coming in within budget and timeline.
SYLVE O’ROURKE
Hospitality | Senior Interior Designer
Sylve graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Art Institute of Colorado with a B.S. in Interior Design. With 13 years of experience in the industry, Sylve is a creative who believes in the power of beautiful interiors to transform daily life. With an extensive background in hospitality and resorts, Sylve has been the lead designer for many well-known select, full service and luxury brand properties such as Hilton and Marriott. Sylve is collaborative, detail oriented, positive, and well versed in the development and realization of large-scale projects. Her cheerful disposition and well-trained eye for quality manifests itself through her work, allowing for cohesive collaboration and a timeless style that remains fresh year after year.
JENA SIMMS
Hospitality | Senior Interior Designer
Jena brings a diverse background of skills and knowledge to KTI with over 16 years of combined hospitality, commercial and multi-family interior design experience. She holds a BA in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Las Vegas and a BPA in Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University. Jena enjoys a wide spectrum of interests and correspondingly is also a graduate of the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Training Program. When she’s not designing interiors or sharing health and wellness tips with others, she enjoys hiking in the mountains, live music, reading and spending time with family and friends.
ABIGAIL CALKINS
Hospitality | Interior Designer
After earning a B.S. in Interior Design at Colorado State University, Abigail found her way to KTI where she began her career in hospitality design. Enriched in her four years of practice, Abigail has been engaged in all phases of the design process including client contact, programming, concept vision, schematic design, animation coordination, design development, and construction documentation. Her keen eye and attention to detail has become an invaluable asset through the construction administration phase lending her technical awareness to both purchasing and construction coordination through to the installation of FF&E. With her cheerful disposition, invested work ethic, and passion for design, she is able to create curated, elevated and timeless spaces for all to enjoy.
Deborah DeWolf
Hospitality | Interior Designer
Deborah has been dedicated in her craft and leading the way for over 30 years in the interior design industry. The essence of interior design will always be about creative design and how people are inspired while in a space; an ethos reflected in the work she creates. Deborah’s experience and talent in Hospitality and Showroom Design has given her a clear appreciation and understanding of color, style, and trends. Deborah finds it essential to begin the design process with strong communication and believes that design is always improved upon when it’s a collaboration between Clients, Architects, and Interior Designers. She continues to push the envelope with her creative thinking and patient disposition in helping guide her fellow designers which has proven invaluable to the team. Deborah received her Interior Design degree from New York Institute of Art + Design.

Interior Merchandising | Procurement & Operations Manager
Stacey has been part of the KTI family since 2011. She started as a design intern while completing her degeree but quickly found her niche on the Interior Merchansing team as Procurement and Operations Manager. She enjoys problem solving, organization, and forming relationships with vendors.
Lauren Henricks
Interior Merchandising | Purchasing & Receiving Coordinator
With 15+ years of experience in Accounting and Administrative roles in industrial industries, Lauren wanted to make a switch to pursue something she’s passionate about – interior design being at the top of her list. In addition to her analytical side, she also has a creative side that was begging to be engaged. This role is perfect for her to be immersed in a highly creative environment all while utilizing her skills to support her team. Outside of work you can find her at the gym, modeling, reading, connecting with friends, or out exploring the mountains with her doodle, Phinn.
MARIAH LATHAM
Interior Merchandising | Interior Designer
Mariah received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design in San Francisco. She is a Colorado Native but has also lived in Iowa, Chicago, San Francisco, and Austin. After living in many places, she enjoys implementing the diverse perspectives and innovative solutions into design. Becoming an Interior Designer on the Interior Merchandising Team gave her variety and a quick pace that she loves. When not working, you can find Mariah lifting weights, playing softball (among many other sports), skiing, hiking, traveling, and dancing.
Kelsie Misciasci
Interior Merchandising | Interior Designer
With 7 years of experience in the design industry, Kelsie brings fresh perspective and creativity to every design. Starting as a cabinet designer, Kelsie has expanded her breadth of knowledge, working her way into model home design. For the past 3 years, Kelsie has developed a love for making model homes unique and beautiful each in their individual way.
JOCELYN CASTILLO
Interior Merchandising | Design Assistant
Jocelyn’s spark for the design industry was ignited when she arrived in Colorado and started working with the KTI Model team. Jocelyn is an integral part of the planning and execution of model home installs, and her dedication to the team is unmatched. In her free time, Jocelyn enjoys watching Grey’s Anatomy and spending time with family and friends.
SPOTSWOOD PAYNE
Interior Merchandising | Logistics Coordinator
Spotswood joined KTI in 2020 as the Logistics Coordinator. He is a man of many hats, but he primarily heads the receiving, warehousing, and distribution for installation. His experience in warehousing from his previous employment, has been a welcomed addition to the Interior Merchandising team, as well as the entire office. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a BA in History. Spotswood was a fly-fishing guide in Virginia for 10 years and enjoys getting on the water any free moment he has.
CARTER BRASCH
Luxury Residential | Senior Interior Designer
With a combined bachelor’s degree in studio art, socio-legal studies, and interior design, Carter’s love of both the creative and the academic gives her a unique design voice. In 2017, Carter completed an internship at the company and has been a vital part of the Residential team ever since. This longstanding relationship with Kimberly Timmons has allowed her to participate in projects from start to finish, learning the business inside and out. Carter’s drive to succeed, love for collaboration, and strong artistic background have helped her to become the burgeoning young designer that she is. Outside the office, Carter spends whatever time she can outdoors – skiing, hiking, and biking her way through colorful Colorado with her little sheltie, Campbell.
KAYLA MONAHAN

Kayla has developed a passion for using her creative and organizational skills to help a great team of innovative thinkers create beautiful projects. Beginning her career in Procurement over 5 years ago, she continues to develop new ways to best collaborate and manage each project in a way that cultivates teamwork and success.

Procurement Project Manager
Originally from northern Virginia, Katherine has been living in Denver for about ten years. She came to KTI with previous experience in project management and procurement. She enjoys working with the hospitality design team to create gorgeous spaces. Outside of work, Katherine is a skier, mountain biker and dog lover.
MACY O’ROURKE
Marketing Specialist
Macy is originally from Iowa, where she earned her B.S. in Marketing and Management at Drake University. She relocated to Colorado to pursue a fun and fulfilling career at KTI. Macy is obsessed with all things marketing, from graphic design to social media to advertising, she works to create the perfect combination of creativity and strategy. Outside of work you can find her baking, trying new restaurants, shopping, or enjoying Colorado’s beautiful outdoors.
Molly Jewett
Staff Accountant
Born and raised in Eagle, Colorado, Molly moved to the Midwest for college where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University. Molly graduated summa cum laude as a decorated 4-year student athlete and 3-year Accounting Fellow. After spending some time in the corporate accounting world, she realized the mountains were calling her home where she was able to join the KTI team in August of 2022. Molly enjoys bringing a fun, light, and cheerful energy to the accounting department. Outside of work, Molly spends most of her time exploring the mountains with her newly acquired chocolate lab, Ruby.
Dana Cabonor
Office Coordinator
Dana holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a concentration in marketing from the University of Kansas. Her 10 years’ experience in Office Administration in Interior Design and Education have taught her that organization, friendly customer service, and good communication are the keys to running a successful office. Dana has always been interested in art and interior design as a hobby and enjoys being a part of the design industry.
