Designer Showhouse 2020

KTI was honored to offer our services in designing both the dining room and powder room for the 2020 Denver Life Magazine Showhouse, benefiting the American Heart Association. A true amalgam, the dining area gives a playful nod to a casual organic style while still embracing the modern feel of the home. Our goal was to fully merge the two, pairing a live-edge table with a two-toned glam light fixture, fur throws with sleek leather chairs, and a colorful Persian rug with strikingly modern built-in cabinetry. The slatted wood built-in wall encouraged visibility and connectivity to the other primary rooms without compromising privacy. The powder room design objective was to be both utilitarian and stylized. With its black, geometric tiled vanity wall and quartz countertops, the room is the embodiment of low-maintenance—perfect for a family on the go.
