KTI had the opportunity to renovate and reimagine the Quail Creek Madera Clubhouse – the main gathering space for this active adult community, set amidst the natural beauty of the Madera Canyon near the Santa Rita Mountains of Southern Arizona. In doing so, we brought a fresh, yet timeless design through purposeful materiality selections. Utilizing a thoughtful approach of layering in natural materials, textures and a monochromatic color palette resulted in this dynamic and inviting space.
