This warm contemporary home was created for empty nesters ready to be in the city to enjoy their adult-kid years. Beginning with an ultra-modern backdrop, we transformed this 4-story home into a comfortable, curated dream for entertaining and family time. Collected pieces, unique artwork, and custom accents like focal walls and even ceilings make this a colorful, stand-out home. Even with all the pops of blue, it’s hard to feel blue in a house like this.
