Inspired by the timeless elegance of a luxury hotel, KTI created an immersive residence that seamlessly adapts from intimate daily living for two to large-scale gatherings for family, friends, and philanthropic events. Every design decision balances refined aesthetics with operational performance, creating a home that functions as beautifully as it looks.

A dramatic arrival sequence introduces expansive mountain views, sculptural walnut columns, statement marble, liquid metal accents, and curated lighting that establish a sense of occasion from the moment guests arrive. Throughout the home, repeating architectural elements create warmth and cohesion across multiple levels while celebrating Colorado’s natural light and landscape. Hospitality-inspired features, including a concealed catering kitchen, luxury home theater, hidden coffee bar, wellness suite, and resort-style outdoor living spaces, support effortless entertaining without compromising privacy.
