The Del-Web Sandia Amenity Center in Albuquerque, NM is a 10,750 square foot facility bordered by the Petroglyph National Monument, with picturesque floor-to-ceiling windows that have views of the beautiful Sandia Mountain Range. The design of this facility was about creating a social hub for residents, allowing them to take advantage of New Mexico’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle and a space that can transform functions from day to night. The space features an expansive open layout enhanced with natural light. Contrasting pops of vibrant color combined with natural textures create a modern interpretation of classic New Mexico design.
