Sheraton Steamboat Resort

After our lengthy history of working on other areas of the Sheraton Steamboat Resort at the base of Steamboat Mountain, we were thrilled to be invited to renovate all the public spaces – from the lobby, lounge, bar and marketplace, to the outdoor patio overlooking the base of the ski hill. The design objective was to provide its guests a space to experience and explore the adventures of the region while embracing an iconic and inviting feel throughout. The color palette draws aesthetic inspirations from the area’s beauty both present and past with the use of natural materials inspired by the native landscape. Playing with pattern, texture, and the layering of details further create a design that is iconic, energized and inviting.
