The owners of this 1,800-acre property in rural Colorado wanted the ultimate rustic-luxe entertainment retreat to escape to. The lower level is made for the modern western socialite with a spacious entertainment room and bar. A bright neutral backdrop of white plaster walls frames the open-concept floorplan, with a 3-sided steel and stone fireplace anchored in the middle. The u-shaped bar is adorned with western leather belts and gorgeous copper countertops. The custom floating metal canopy above pulls the eye up to the reclaimed wood paneled ceilings. The upper level living space features large collapsible glass walls overlooking the mountain views, so natural light pours into the dining, kitchen and great room. Custom pieces like the stone fireplace, steel kitchen hood and wood ceiling beams were thoughtfully designed for a refined yet western look.
