Situated in northern Las Vegas within a pristine active adult master-planned community, the Amenity Center was designed to provide an everyday retreat full of resort-style amenities, comradery, and relaxed comfort. With a familiar take on the modern ranch house aesthetic, the color palette is inspired by the landscape of rich earth terracotta, sultry blues, and natural woods, exposing materials in their purest form, and replicating them thoughtfully throughout. Accented with exposed steel columns and black metal details the spaces are complimented with modern furnishings and vibrant artwork reminiscent of the grit and passion of the ranch work ethic. The spaces were designed to create and uphold a home away from home feel. Comfortable familiarity meets casual approachability with a focus on not only creating an experience for its guests but also positioning the Amenity Center as a social hub intended to aid in attracting new residents to the community.
