This World-Class 55+ Active Adult Amenity Center represents a foundation for spirited moments of community and a healthy living lifestyle for its residents and guests alike. Featuring a Social Great Room, Banquet Facility, detached Fitness Center, exterior Aquatic zone and outdoor activity areas. The clubhouse is complemented by an inviting open floor plan with a focal stone fireplace and centrally located island acting as the nucleus for social gatherings. The Desert Contemporary character inspired by the surrounding Sonoran Desert landscape incorporates a material palette of stone, brick, metal, stucco and terra cotta. And extensive glazing and voluminous ceilings provide filtered daylight with dramatic views to the White Tank Mountain Range.
