Designer Showhouse 2021

For Denver Life Magazine’s Showhouse 2021 benefiting the American Heart Association, KTI outfitted the Great Room of this delightful family home. Our goal was to pay homage to the native Colorado landscape without sacrificing the sense of curated eclecticism that we wanted to bring to the space. The use of natural wood tones, dark metal, a full-height stacked stone focal wall, and hide rug were all meant to highlight this organic feel. These natural elements in combination with a whimsically tall corner chair, clean-lined coffee table, and fringe ottoman create a nuanced duality between organic and manufactured forms, fostering a sense of place and identity while still challenging what’s expected.
