What started out as a dark, traditional floor plan was re-imagined into a bright, open-concept, family and entertainment- friendly home upon a full gut renovation. Positioned perfectly in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the home seamlessly blends two differing styles of the owners – transitional rustic vs. coastal. Rustic wood floors are carried throughout the home, juxtaposed with a neutral color palette and nods of coastal design (hello white shiplap!) prove that particular aesthetics are not limited to location. This empty nester home also touts a multi-functional, custom rec room for entertaining at the bar, watching movies, playing with the grandkids, keeping the dogs contained (in their own dedicated play space) and displaying collectibles in a unique and functional way (check out the football helmet wall!).
