ONE STEAMBOAT PLACE
The residences at One Steamboat Place are a skier’s dream. Just a few steps from the lift, these two and three-bedroom residences exude mountain modernity. We remodeled the condos in 2023 and the common spaces will be remodeled in 2024. We transformed these spaces from dark and red-accented to light and bright, keeping rustic elements for the true mountain resort experience.

Imagine coming home to Bachelor Gulch after a day full of skiing Beaver Creek Mountain! These residences boast comfortable yet elevated furnishings with a western flair. An original stone fireplace grounds the main living space while custom area rugs and cowhide accent chairs give this home-away-from-home classic mountain charm. We especially love the natural light and pattern play.

The Sheraton Steamboat Resort wouldn’t be complete without the indoor-outdoor bar and lobby on the main level. Hop off the mountain and enjoy a drink by the firepits or enjoy your morning coffee in the lobby’s lounge. Located at the base of Steamboat Mountain, Timber & Torch restaurant has an epic indoor-outdoor dining area, perfect for après. Large garage doors open on the nicest days, letting the fresh mountain air in. Reclaimed wood planks overhead are adorned with the names of historic Olympians who trained at Steamboat Mountain. The cornerstone is a massive firepit adorned with bistro lights where skiers can relax after a day on the slopes.

Breckenridge’s premier place to stay is The Ranahan. Warm and inviting, this resort is just minutes from the most popular ski resort in Colorado. Custom wood sliced carpet patterns act as a background to metal I-beams, custom rustic lighting fixtures, and comfortable leather furnishings. We like to think of The Ranahan as the quintessential Colorado accommodation.
